CARMEL� is an advanced, stand alone, long range, continuous zoom cooled thermal camera. Its innovative engineering and powerful proprietary algorithms offer extremely long range (20km) detection, field-tested even under conditions of poor visibility. The rugged and compact outdoor camera is designed to be installed on a pan and tilt and other fixed or mobile platforms. CARMEL� is based on OPGAL�s cooled IR engine, the EYE-Z�, with its modular design 320x240 or 640 x480 detector size.
CARMEL� provides high quality video for night vision surveillance detecting and observing long range targets. The camera can be used in many security applications including airports, harbors, coast guard and border and immigration control.
